Payments and Discounts
Birch Hill has an inclusive payment policy. The enrollment fee includes: tuition, laundry service, camp t-shirt, all camp activities and camp trips.
Return Camper Early Enrollment Discount – $300 off tuition to return campers if enrolled by 11/1/2025.
Early Enrollment Discount – $200 off tuition to campers enrolled by 12/1/2025.
Sibling Discount – $300 off each additional sibling.
Referral Discount – $300 off total balance. Refer a friend that is new to Birch Hill and we will apply a $300 credit to your account for each two week session they enroll in.
At Camp Birch Hill we believe every child deserves the summer camp experience. Contact us, or enroll online to learn more about alternative payment plans and discount options.
2 Week Sessions
Total: $3,850 $700 deposit (due with enrollment) and full payment due by 6/1/2026.
4 Week Sessions
Total: $7,000 $1000 deposit (due with enrollment) and full payment due by 6/1/2026.
6 Week Sessions
Total: $8,350 $1200 deposit (due with enrollment) and full payment due by 6/1/2026.
Families may choose the option to pay by check, e-check, credit or debit card. Note there is an automatic 2.75% credit card processing fee for credit card payments
Deposit payments are non-refundable. Enrollment cancelations before May 1 will receive a full refund sans deposit payment.

The options below are for campers traveling to Camp Birch Hill by plane.
Airport Pick Up: $175.
Airport Drop Off: $175
Linens / Bedding: $60 (per enrolled session) includes: sheet set, pillow, pillow case, sleeping bag, beach towel, 2 bath towel, washcloth and laundry bag. *This option is available to campers traveling to Birch Hill by airplane.
